some tell tale signs
1. jumping whenever the phone rings for sms and immediately replying with a goofy smile pasted on your face.
2. when there is no sms, re-read all previous sms's and yet read them again.
3. negotiate with God that if he really loves me, he will do some particular thing or say something........and then go ahead and make him do it!!!
4. day dream of situations in your mind when you meet him.
5. all the stuff which you find corny, movie dialogues to songs to situations, suddenly are not corny anymore.....
6. your playlist will suddenly have all love songs.....or music which inspires day dreaming :)
7. night time you keep your phone charged and not busy and wait for sms or phone call.
8. day dream again of past situations with a twist and remember that next time i will do this.....
9. remember every moment spent with him and every word he said along with what dress you were wearing on that day.
10. more chick flicks :)
11. you will dress up properly to look that you casually threw something on....
12. every few minutes you want to know where he is in the room and what is he doing...
13. give him pet names which only you use.
14. generally pick up a fight and get some tell tale signs that he likes you out of the fight.
15. when in the same place, you take out reasons to pass each other or interact
16. more day dreams to chalk out more of point number 15 :) (fluttering heart beats!!)
17. mushy songs on shuffle mode
18. try to picture his face without looking at picture
19. tease him with someone else to check his reaction or defense rather!!
20. go over every detail of past cute meetings!!
21. you become more aware/ particular of how you look or rather how you want to look!! and what you wear (hate to admit this myself but you really do!!)
22. when you mail to him, you wonder how to start.....the opening is so important..... you do not want to sound desparate yet not too casual to be mistaken for 'just friends'

you sing to yourself or atleast begin humming without being bothered what people around think.... time flies and just stops when he/she is around p.s. you hardly check time then.....sideglances to check if he noticed what you are wearing and sheepishly smile if he stole a glance as well and say 'yay" to u r self:)

You know Gauri - why do people act like this ?? Because they think that they can’t get better life partner than the chosen one and doesn’t want to lose him/her at any cost - it is applicable for both man n woman... The person who has the confidence that even if the relationship doesn’t work out, he/she will be able to get a life partner who will fit in his/her norms or criteria, then he/she will not act funny.
The root cause for all the acts mentioned above is you want to create your pseudo image in front of your partner --- haaa – once you realize that he / she will not leave you for sure –the intensity of all these funny things will decrease… close your eyes and ask yourself – whether you will do all these things again for another guy if unfortunately … your first relationship doesn’t work out – the answer will be YES – n if it is Yes – then there is a contradiction.
in normal cases i would have agreed to you. but to this date i have not understood love. so lets say you find that someone who matches your criteria. then what happens? you directly get married or get into a relationship. life is not match the columns and get on with it. this whole post is about things that you do to tell that someone that you really like them not out of insecurity but out of your liking. you love your mom and she loves you and there is no insecurity. so you should not do any special thing. not required right? wrong.
the intensity will only increase but expression will change. you will not flutter eyelids but you will cook a meal or do something else. its not a psuedo image but an expression of your feelings.
the answer will always be a YES because there is something called as HOPE inside all of us. we will certainly learn from our mistakes but that will not stop us. you get burnt while touching something hot, so do you leave hot things totally or check how hot things are next time?

not a day dream ankur....but felt this urge to really put those things down and just kept noting things when i saw others do it in front of me or me doing some of the things :)
